What is Quest Mindshare all about?

Quest Mindshare is a website that claims to pay you money for completing surveys. All you have to do is register an account with them and you will receive an email when there is a survey available for you to do.

They also did mention on their website that average survey length are about 10 minutes and you can earn up to $90 for some of the music rating surveys.

So is it true? Can you really earn some decent money by completing some simple and short surveys with Quest Mindshare?

The answer is NO. Most of the things you see on their homepage are not entirely true. Seems to me, it’s more like for promotional purposes to get more people to sign up. Frankly speaking, there are several issues associated with this site that makes it an unfavorable choice.

I decided to try it myself and will share my experience with you right below!

My Personal Experience…

As usual, before I sign up for something I tend to do a little bit of research and experimentation first.

The very first issues I have with this site is that it isn’t really global after all. There are only a limited number of countries able to get access to this website.

Limited-Countries-AccessibleIf you are not from any of these countries, you will not be able to join Quest Mindshare, which is actually a good thing if you ask me. Because it’s a total waste of time.

Why do I say this?

You will learn more about it as you read on…

Access-to-website

Anyway, for those of you who are trying to “cheat” the system and join from another country that you aren’t actually from… sorry to say but you can’t do that. I tested it myself by trying to join another country, but it says “access to this panel is not permitted”.

Quest Mindshare is free to join and the registration process is quite fast. A couple of days after registering, I received my first survey offer through email.

Initially, I thought that this link will take you directly to a paid survey, but I was wrong. Instead, first, you will have to go through a pre-survey where they will ask you a series of qualifying questions. If you don’t meet their needs, you will not be eligible for the survey.

After spending a couple of minutes answering the questions, they told me there isn’t a survey for me to do. This didn’t happen once… almost all the time I get an email from these guys, I end up getting rejected. And the worst part is I am not compensated for the pre-surveys. From then onwards, I totally avoided this site even though I keep getting emails every now and then.

This is actually quite common among most paid survey sites which is why I am not a big fan of them. The amount of money you make doesn’t reflect on how much time and effort you are actually spending.

Another thing I didn’t really like is the fact that they openly said you can earn up to $90 for some music rating survey.

Don’t get fooled by this ridiculous earning claim. It’s only there for promotional purposes. No surveys will ever pay you $90 for reviewing a music. Almost all survey sites I have participated in before only pays pennies and at most a dollar. Why is this site so special to pay $90 for such a simple survey? Seems too good to be true to me.

Just for the record, till now I didn’t receive any “$90 worth music rating survey…”

Even if I did go on to receive one in the near future, I’m confident I am going to get rejected again.

Let me ask you a question. Do you mind doing surveys for FREE?

I’m sure everyone wants to get paid. Seriously, who wants to waste their time just to fill out some survey forms that doesn’t benefit them. Actually, that is what’s happening here. Those who manage to complete surveys aren’t getting paid. There are lots and lots of complaints about this on their Facebook page. Almost every time they post something new, I see people commenting of not getting paid.

There are tons of complaints of members not getting paid. The worst part is, when you send a support ticket, they don’t even bother replying to you. At least as for myself, I didn’t qualify for the survey so I didn’t make any money. But these guys completed the surveys and still didn’t receive any money.

It’s a BIG waste of time if you ask me.

Is Quest MindShare a Scam?

Yes, Quest Mindshare is definitely a scam! I won’t recommend anyone to even bother signing up because the outcome is almost the same every time. Either you don’t qualify for the survey or you don’t get paid after you complete the survey. What can be more frustrating than not getting paid for completing the task? It has happened to me many times which is the main reason why I have totally avoided those GPT(Get-Paid-To) sites…

I’m sure you will be better off doing something else. I’m not much of a survey person so I can’t really suggest you any legit paid survey sites but if you are interested in starting making good money online, I definitely can recommend you something that I have personally tried myself and am very successful with it till to date.

Final Verdict: Scam, Not Recommended

Safe & Solid Way To Make Money Online?

For those of you who are interested in generating good income online, I highly recommend that you start your own online business. This is a really safe and solid opportunity because you don’t depend on anybody but yourself. You don’t have to worry about completing surveys and not getting paid.

So… what do I mean by online business?

There are many ways of running your very own online business. Selling your own products or running an e-commerce store are a few I can list from the top of my head. But the one that I have personally tried and am talking about is called Affiliate Marketing.

Affiliate Marketing means promoting someone else’s products/services and earn commissions from it. There are countless of benefits for this approach which is the reason why I really love it.

Some of them include…

  • You don’t need a huge capital to start
  • Can be done from the comfort of your own home
  • No need to physically get in contact with anyone. Everything is done through the internet.
  • You don’t have to worry about what products to sell or storage space to put your products
  • Definitely has more potential to make money compared to revenue sharing sites

It’s really not difficult to get started. All you need is an interest or passion. If you have one, you can build a business around it. I have been doing this for just over a year and have seen more than just great success with it. This opportunity has allowed me to quit my day job and run this entirely from home and the best part…? My income is almost 3 times of what I earned in the corporate world.

Though it is nice to hear… I have to tell you that this didn’t happen overnight. I have put in a great amount of effort to make this work. If you are expecting to make tons of money within a week or month, sorry, this isn’t something for you. You have to put in the effort and give yourself enough time to see success in this.

I know some of you might be thinking right now, how do I get started without any proper understanding or knowledge about Affiliate Marketing & starting an online business. Don’t worry, I have got you covered. I have been using this program called Wealthy Affiliate. It’s an online training platform that teaches you from scratch to building an affiliate marketing business.
