Slogan Seller Review – Can You Really Turn Phrases Into Cash?

This review is going to be about a website called Slogan Seller. What is Slogan Seller? Is it a scam? Or a legitimate opportunity for you to make money online? Can you really earn money writing slogans? Or is there any catch? These are some of the questions that we will be focusing on in this short review.

Alright without further ado, let’s get things rolling…

Name: Slogan SellerSlogan-Seller-Review

Owner: Ben Olson

Price: $74, $37 + plenty of upsells

Rating: 2/5

What is Slogan Seller all about?

Slogan Seller is a Clickbank product that claims to help one make money from the comfort of their own home. In other words, they will show you how to type of few simple words and phrases and get companies to pay for them.

I believe most of you who landed on this site were intrigued by the headlines. “If you can type a few words, you have what it takes to make $3000 a month or more…”

Honestly speaking, don’t get too excited yet because there is a very high chance that all these earning claims are not true at all. The author probably just made up some random numbers to get your attention, that’s all. In the past, I have bought many products from Clickbank too. However, none of these products actually lived up to their hype and made me money which is why I have totally stopped purchasing anything related to Clickbank.

The truth is most of the products found on Clickbank are made by people like you and me. Meaning, they don’t really have a vast amount of experiences but are just trying to make some money for themselves by creating some random and below par products with extensive marketing in it.

Earning Money from Selling Slogans? Is it that Easy?

According to their website, seems like that there are only 3 steps to start making money selling slogans.

#1: Write a Slogan

#2: Upload it Online

#3: Get Paid

Doesn’t it feel a bit too easy to you? Just write some random words and get paid big bucks? I’m sorry but I’m not buying into that.

First, let’s look at this screenshot above. Our dear friend Ben Olson claims that this is one of his monthly royalty statements. Well, to me it looks more like a photoshopped monthly statement. Just adding some words such as Fabulous, Who, Me?, Hot Stuff and pointing them to some random numbers doesn’t prove anything.

If he really earns that much money why wouldn’t he just show the statement as it is?

Another thing that really bothered me is this…

Ben Olson even went on to show what some of their members are earnings. Seriously, earning $13,000 for just an OMG word? Seem overly exaggerated to me. If Ben didn’t come out with all these ridiculous earning claims I probably would have had some faith in this. But after seeing all this, it clearly shows me that this product of his is a BIG JOKE.

Think about this. Why will companies pay so much money for a simple slogan when they can come out with these words or phrases themselves or just simply do a Google search on different slogans and they will get tons of ideas. Doesn’t make sense, does it?

Watch Out For The Upsells

The original price for this product was said to be $74 but they seem to be giving a 50% discount, hence, the price to pay now is $37.

However, that’s not the only price that you will have to pay for. They have planned for you a stream of upsells so they can squeeze out extra money from you for a product that isn’t worth much at all.

As you can see from the above image, this is their sales funnel. When you try to leave the page, they drop the price from $37 to $24 and if you try to leave again they will reduce it further to $12 to make sure they don’t lose you. Once you have purchased the product they will bombard you with 2 different upsells.

The first upsell costs you $45 and the second will be priced at $37 and has a potential to be dropped to $24. In my opinion, this form of marketing is very unethical. It disappoints me that none of this was mentioned to you in the front end.

Just think about this, if they are willing to drop their prices drastically for the product then you know how much is their actual product worth and the quality you can expect from it.

Slogan Writing Jobs Do Exist!

Before coming across this product called Slogan Seller, I had no idea that you can make money selling slogans. After doing some research I did find out that it is possible to make money selling slogans.

However, it’s not as straightforward as what Slogan Seller claims.

The above image is a screenshot of some slogan writing jobs at  As you can see, there are lots of different offers and they price the companies are willing to pay for the job is quite good. But it’s not that simple. You will have to meet the expectations of the companies.

Don’t even think of getting paid with slogans like OMG or Never give up.

Freelancing is a good way to earn money especially if you have knowledge and talent in that particular area. The issue with freelancing is that there are hundreds of people already in the queue for the job, you are not the only one. As you can see from the image, there is a column saying “entries”. Basically, it means the number of people that is interested in that particular job.

So is Slogan Seller a Scam?

Yes, Slogan Seller is definitely a scam. Right from the start they have not been honest at all. Obviously, it’s not that easy to make money writing slogans. Slogan Seller has made it look like this job can be done by anyone but reality it’s not. You are not going to be writing words or phrases like OMG, Be Yourself and make money. I’m sure companies are looking for unique slogans to match their campaigns.

Purchasing Slogan Seller isn’t going to give you a cutting edge over others. If I’m not wrong, these guys are just going to point you to the direction of different freelancing sites to get slogan jobs. All those hypes of making $3000 or more a month are nothing but just gimmicks. Don’t fall for all those.

If you are interested in learning more about Selling Slogans, I’m sure that there are lots of free resources online. Doing a simple Google search will do. You don’t really have to purchase their product to learn more. Basically, this product is launched so that the owner can pocket more money for himself.

Before I end my review, I also wanted to mention that lots of websites are not honest about the Slogan Seller. Most of them claim that it is legit, but in reality, it’s not. Don’t get confused by those as they are nothing but people who are promoting the product. They will earn commissions if you purchase it through them.

Final Verdict: Scam, Not Recommended

Safe & Solid way To Make Money Online?

For those of you who are keen in generating good income online, I highly recommend that you start your own online business. This is a really safe and solid opportunity because you don’t depend on anybody but yourself. You don’t have to worry about spending unnecessary money on different make money online products.

So… what do I mean by online business?

There are many ways of running your very own online business. Selling your own products or running an e-commerce store are a few I can list from the top of my head. But the one that I have personally tried and am talking about is called Affiliate Marketing.

Affiliate Marketing means promoting someone else’s products/services and earn commissions from it. There are countless of benefits for this approach which is the reason why I really love it.

Some of them include…

  • You don’t need a huge capital to start
  • Can be done from the comfort of your own home
  • No need to physically get in contact with anyone. Everything is done through the internet.
  • You don’t have to worry about what products to sell or storage space to put your products

It’s really not difficult to get started. All you need is an interest or passion. If you have one, you can build a business around it. I have been doing this for just over a year and have seen more than just great success with it. This opportunity has allowed me to quit my day job and run this entirely from home and the best part…? My income is almost 3 times of what I earned in the corporate world.

Though it is nice to hear… I have to tell you that this didn’t happen overnight. I have put in a great amount of effort to make this work. If you are expecting to make tons of money within a week or month, sorry, this isn’t something for you. You have to put in the effort and give yourself enough time to see success in this.

I know some of you might be thinking right now, how do I get started without any proper understanding or knowledge about Affiliate Marketing & starting an online business. Don’t worry, I have got you covered. I have been using this program called Wealthy Affiliate. It’s an online training platform that teaches you from scratch to building an affiliate marketing business.

If you are interested to find out more, you can check my review on it…

  1. I agree with you Kumar..slogans needs creativity and reflects the key benefits of the company’s products.OMG and Be Yourself obviously a BIG

  2. I signed up and paid the membership fee. I wasn’t able to create a username. Registration site is for existing customers. I requested numerous times for technical assistance. I got no response. I waited for nearly a week before I requested a refund. The money was returned within a few days. I was looking forward to writing new slogans. Why is that?
